Manufacturing & supply chain
From Hong Kong, RTZ runs the group's sourcing, manufacturing, and quality
control — holding the supplier and manufacturing relationships and the contracts
behind every product. China-facing procurement and QC sit here, at the parent.
Group structure
RTZ Limited (HK) is the group parent: it owns the brands' IP, manages supplier
and manufacturing relationships, and sets group strategy. Operating subsidiaries
handle sales and fulfilment in their markets — Soft Landings via RTZ Ventures LLC
in the US.
